He/she leverages the project engineering process with focus on tracking requirements and their implementation throughout the project lifecycle. This includes adhering to current directives, international standards, the latest internal standards, technologies, and interfaces, while also considering customer-specific standards and requirements. /p pbYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: /b /p ul liDesign of battery systems and related sub-systems and their integration into multiple testing and development applications, including HV batteries, battery management systems (BMS), battery packs, battery modules, charging systems and electrified powertrains. /li liCollaboration with cross-functional, global project teams to ensure seamless integration of systems. /li liClose working with global engineering teams to share knowledge, best practices, and support joint projects. /li liInteraction with customers to understand their system requirements and present technical information and solutions in a clear and concise manner. /li liProvision of technical support and troubleshooting assistance for battery and test system issues. /li liCollaboration with internal and external manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transfer of designs into production. /li liProvision of technical guidance and support for system installation and commissioning. /li liIdentification and resolution of complex system issues through root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques. /li liContribution to system-level risk assessments. /li liImplementation of corrective actions and preventive measures to prevent future failures. /li liReuse of solutions and best practices implemented in other projects. /li liEnsure compliance with applicable industry standards, battery safety requirements and customer specifications. /li liDeveloping technical instructions with the project team, considering function, schedule, and quality. /li liProvision of technical clarification to customers on a system level, addressing requirements, functions, and interfaces. /li liBreakdown of requirements, functions, system architecture, and allocation to engineering work packages. /li liContinuous review and analysis of project requirements, customer use cases, and functions with the project team. /li liPlanning, review, and coordination of integration, verification, and validation activities until final acceptance. /li liDefine and manage battery system requirements, interfaces, and traceability throughout the development lifecycle. /li liSupport battery system verification and validation activities, including test planning, execution, results analysis, and reporting. /li liContribute to battery system architecture definition and system performance optimization. /li /ul pbYOUR PROFILE: /b /p ul liTechnical high school diploma and/or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline. /li li4-7 years of experience in Battery Systems, Electrification Systems, Energy Storage Systems, Automotive Systems Engineering or related area of expertise. /li liExperience in requirements engineering, system integration, verification and validation. /li liExperience with battery-related development projects or HV systems is considered an advantage. /li liStrong problem-solving and analytical skills /li liWillingness to travel. /li liEnglish language skills (business fluent) /li /ul pbWE OFFER: /b /p pAVL Italia, founded in 1980, provides the bfull portfolio of AVL technologies /b at the local level, offering customized solutions tailored to its customers.
