Delivery Customer Success Manager - Farmer

Overview

In this role you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining regular contact with an assigned portfolio of existing customers. You will work closely with a collaborative team of Sales Operations Specialists to support needs, strengthen relationships, and ensure smooth processes across diverse clients. You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and coordinate licensing support with cross-functional teams. You will drive timely resolution of escalations and deepen industry knowledge to support software publishers. This role offers the chance to influence customer outcomes at scale within a global software and cloud solutions provider.

Responsabilità

• Demonstrate sales ability with upselling and cross-selling experience
• Analyze customer needs to define cross- and upsell plans
• Provide licensing support in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Finance, Back Office, and Procurement to support end-to-end processes
• Drive timely resolution of escalations with customers and internal teams
• Develop knowledge of industry trends through training and collaboration with software publishers
