Mid-Market Account Success Manager - Cyber Security

In this role you drive client outcomes and growth for mid-market cyber security engagements. You own relationships, onboarding, and renewals while coordinating with delivery teams to ensure measurable value. You'll partner with senior stakeholders, shape account health, and identify upsell opportunities within the portfolio. The position sits at the intersection of relationship management and revenue ownership in a high-priority cyber security growth initiative.

Responsabilità
- Own client relationships, retention, and account growth for cyber security needs of clients
- Lead onboarding and sales-to-delivery transitions
- Collaborate with technical teams during delivery
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
- Manage account health, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in account management or customer success with cyber security experience
