With end-to-end product development capabilities located in Catania, we are creating world-class products at a world-class pace. /ppAs a Digital DFT Engineer, you will support the development and implementation of digital Design-for-Test (DFT) solutions for complex semiconductor devices. You will collaborate with experienced engineers to explore innovative DFT techniques, algorithms, and methodologies that improve product quality, testability, and manufacturing efficiency. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliContribute to digital IC design, verification, and Design-for-Test (DFT) activities. /liliSupport the development and evaluation of DFT architectures, algorithms, and methodologies. /liliParticipate in the analysis of digital circuits to improve testability, coverage, and diagnosis capabilities. /liliAssist in the implementation and validation of DFT solutions using industry-standard EDA tools. /liliConduct research and technical investigations related to digital design and test challenges. /liliAnalyze simulation and test data, documenting results and proposing improvements. /liliCollaborate with digital design, verification, product engineering, and test teams. /liliPrepare technical reports, presentations, and thesis-related documentation. /liliParticipate in technical reviews and contribute to engineering discussions and problem-solving activities. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliMaster's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field. /liliInterest in semiconductor technologies, digital integrated circuit design, and test methodologies. /liliGood understanding of digital electronics fundamentals, logic design, and computer architecture concepts. /liliFamiliarity with hardware description languages (Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL) is considered a plus. /liliBasic programming skills in Python, C/C++, or similar languages. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. /liliAbility to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team. /liliGood written and verbal communication skills in English. /liliMotivated, curious, and eager to learn in a challenging technical environment. /li /ulpNXP is committed to equal pay for equal work and work of equal value and applies fair, consistent and transparent remuneration practices. As of the date of this posting, the estimated gross annual base salary range for this position in Italy is between 31,200 € and 43,000 € annually. This range is intended as a guideline. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, skills, and specific business or organizational needs. This position falls under the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (Metalmeccanica Industria).
