Senior eCommerce UX/UI Designer - EU

ph3About WON /h3pWON is building the next generation of AI transformation for enterprise organizations. We are not another AI tools vendor. We build AI-native systems, combined with deep human judgment and category expertise, that fundamentally change how our clients operate, make decisions, and serve their customers. /ppWithin that, our design practice works with premium DTC and ecommerce brands doing $50M to $500M+ in revenue: brands with strong products and strong followings that are still leaving growth on the table. We are not a “make it pretty” agency, and we are not another CRO shop running button tests. We combine deep behavioral insight with quantitative truth, then ship exceptional work fast, and we are building the AI-native systems that let us do it at a pace and scale traditional design teams cannot match. /ppAI powers our systems. Taste powers our design. The two compound each other: automation gives you the speed, and your judgment decides what is actually good. /ppThis role reports to the VP of Design and works within the design roadmap they set. /ph3What You’ll Own /h3ulliEnd-to-end execution of high-conversion experiences, full customer journey redesigns, and high-performance growth creative, scoped by the design roadmap and delivered in close collaboration with the VP of Design /liliThe WON design standard: clean, premium, behavior-driven, detail-obsessed, and fast to ship /liliAdoption of WON's AI-native design systems, including Claude Design and Figma MCP, to move from concept to shippable work faster /liliAutomated asset creation built on our Figma component libraries, so variations and scale stop being manual work /liliContributing to the expansion of WON’s design agents and workflows, flagging what should be automated next /li /ulh3How Success Is Measured /h3ulliConversion and AOV move measurably on the experiences you touch /liliCustomers move further through the funnel because of design decisions you made /liliHigh-quality design ships fast, with less time lost between concept and production /liliComponent libraries and AI-assisted workflows reduce manual design work over time, not just for you but for the whole team /liliYour work becomes the most reliable design output at WON, the standard new hires are measured against /li /ulh3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign high-conversion sites and landing pages that still feel premium, the kind that belong in the top 1% /liliDesign the full customer journey: acquisition landing flows, onboarding, collection architecture, PDP storytelling, cart and checkout, retention and member UX /liliDesign growth creative: paid social landing pages, advertorials, quiz flows, product education, bundles and upsell, offer frameworks that feel intentional, not desperate /liliBuild and maintain component libraries and design systems that scale across brands and campaigns /liliUse Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated asset generation to reduce production time without reducing quality /liliContinuously evaluate your own workflow and flag what should be turned into a repeatable system or agent /liliPresent work with conviction, backed by session replays, cohort behavior, and voice of customer /li /ulh3Must-Have /h3ulli5+ years in digital design, agency or in-house /liliStrong ecommerce / DTC experience /liliA portfolio of modern, premium work, not template-driven /liliMastery in Figma /liliStrong typography instincts, real ones /liliTaste that holds up under scrutiny: you can articulate why a design decision is right, not just that it feels right /liliComfortable being measured by impact, not just output /liliFamiliarity with AI design tools such as Claude Design or Figma MCP, or genuine interest in building them into your workflow /li /ulh3Nice-to-Have /h3ulliDesigned for high-end brands (beauty, apparel, wellness, premium food) /liliExperience working within Shopify ecosystems /liliBuilt component libraries and design systems from scratch /liliContributed to CRO programs that produced measurable performance gains /li /ulh3We Value /h3ulliModern, premium design work, not template-driven /liliEvidence your design decisions moved a real metric: conversion, AOV, or funnel progression /liliSystems thinking: component libraries and reusable frameworks, not just one-off screens /liliComfort presenting and defending design decisions with data /li /ulh3How We Work / Culture /h3ulliDesign is treated as a growth system, not a decoration function /liliInsights come first: every decision is grounded in customer behavior and tied to KPIs /liliAI and automation are used to eliminate manual production work, not to replace judgment /liliHigh clarity, ownership, and craft are core values: work ships fast instead of dying in Figma /li /ulh3Why Join WON /h3ulliBuild design systems that move revenue for brands doing $50M to $500M+ in revenue /liliWork at the intersection of design, behavioral insight, and AI-native workflows /liliHigh ownership over execution, with a clear roadmap and a VP of Design invested in your growth /liliCollaborate with a founder-led team with taste and urgency, and full access to the truth: session replays, cohort data, voice of customer /liliHelp build the AI design systems, including Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated component workflows, that define how WON designs at scale /li /ulpIf you want to be a career designer, this probably isn’t for you.
