The team offers its services mainly to financial intermediaries operating in the national territory, carrying out projects in the following areas: /p ul liStrategic business planning: definition of corporate strategies and preparation of industrial plans /li liMA advisory: advisory in all phases of an extraordinary financial operation, from market scouting to the evaluation of individual assets/companies and from operational support in the MA process to negotiation support to close deals /li liTransformation management: redesign of organizational and operational models, program management for transformation operations, evaluation of sourcing solutions. /li /ul h3MAIN TASKS: /h3 ul liAnalysis of the operating contexts of client companies: their historical performance, main trends of their operating sector and the possible evolution of their core business /li liSupport in the realization of both asset and economic‑financial projections /li liSupport in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for monitoring business performance /li liSupport in assessing the economic value of banking and industrial operators, business units and single portfolios in the context of extraordinary transactions /li liDrafting of documents functional for commercial development and expert opinions, as an independent third party /li liPreparation of estimation models and quantitative analysis on the economic, financial and asset aspects /li liUse of software/data provider platforms, to support the preparation of evaluation analysis. /li /ul h3EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree with high honors in business/financial or management engineering subjects /li liAt least 2-3 years of experience in the same field /li liKnowledge of the local banking and financial sector (distinctive element of evaluation) /li liFluency in English; the knowledge of a second foreign language is an asset. /li /ul h3SOFT SKILLS: /h3 ul liExcellent analytical skills /li liAptitude for problem solving and good communication /li liExcellent team‑work aptitude. /li /ul h3LOCATION: /h3 pTo be determined. /p h3WHAT WE OFFER: /h3 h3COMPENSATION, WELFARE BENEFIT /h3 pOur history, as well as our future, is based on the value of our people.
