We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Rome Castel Romano Outlet store, supporting a team of 19 talented colleagues including store manager, department manager, sales associates and store operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive an exceptional client experience, empower team performance and contribute to the commercial success of the store.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will champion Burberry's values, foster a culture of collaboration and creativity, and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence. • Support the Store Manager in leading store performance, delivering commercial goals and maintaining exceptional standards across all areas of the business.
• Inspire, coach and develop a diverse leadership team including department managers and operational colleagues to achieve their full potential.
• Create a client-focused culture that consistently delivers elevated and personalised luxury experiences.
• Drive effective talent planning, engagement and succession initiatives to build a high-performing and inclusive team.
• Ensure operational excellence through strong planning, compliance, inventory management and efficient resource allocation.
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities that enhance performance, productivity and client satisfaction.

• Proven leadership experience within luxury retail, premium retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Experience managing and developing leaders and teams within a multi-layered retail structure.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret business performance and drive results.
• Passion for creating exceptional client experiences and building lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
