We are looking to hire a Senior Associate / Manager with experience in Transactions Advisory and who can support the Transactions Advisory team on Italian and pan European projects. /p pAs part of our highly skilled team, the successful individual will; /p ul liJoin a growing team with strong leadership, bright, energetic people with a truly entrepreneurial spirit /li liWork across the entire deal life-cycle in a hands-on role, including both buy-side and sell-side work /li liBenefit from more diverse and exciting career opportunities /li liDeliver international projects on behalf of many of the most prominent organisations worldwide /li liWork with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing broad industry client exposure /li liContribute to lead projects work streams reporting directly to the Managing Directors or Senior Directors /li liWork as part of multi-disciplinary teams in Italy and across geographies and build broad international deal experience /li liGain exposure to senior members of the team in Italy and internationally gaining 'on the job learning development in addition to established formal training programmes /li liUse the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to analysing the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction /li liWork alongside AM’s operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence wider deal process /li liNetwork with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross-service line relationships /li /ul pAlvarez Marsal is an environment that presents a real opportunity for motivated individuals as all employees are encouraged to develop their client network and grow their business development skills. Employees are rewarded for their contribution to growing both TAG and the broader business. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in Transaction Services (financial due diligence) at a Big 4 firm is essential /li liA strong academic record and professional qualifications are helpful /li liNative Italian and fluent English is required.
