Creative and Content Coordinator

What You’ll Do Daily

• Project Management: You will design modern user interfaces in Figma, ensuring a smooth user experience and paying attention to every visual detail through collaborative workflows.
• Creative Pairing 4.0: Planning the team’s activities, working on projects’ gants and keeping them updated. Cost/efficiency mindset.
• Planning & Strategy: Set timeline and deadlines, ensuring the delivery on time and according to the channel requirements.
• Support on Channel’s 360 management: Supporting the Creative and Content Coordinator in the management of 360° communication projects on internal and external touchpoints, such as: .com, crm, social channels, retail. Be proactive on anticipating needs.

Who You Are

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in digital agencies, creative environments, or corporate marketing departments, with a focus on project coordination, traffic management, or content production.
• Educational Background: A university degree or background in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication.
• Proactive Problem Solver: Equipped with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to solve technical and operational challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Multitasking & Flexibility: Capable of managing multiple priorities and parallel tasks within a collaborative, fast-paced setting without compromising quality.
• Creative & Growth Mindset: Possess creative thinking and a natural curiosity to constantly learn, adapt, and grow professionally.
• Team Player: A true lover of teamwork, capable of building positive professional relationships across diverse creative and technical teams.

Technical Skills

• Languages: Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Productivity & Collaborative Suites: Solid experience and full operational proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Keynote.
• Timeline Management: Ability to work within structured workflows, manage feedback cycles, and utilize project management tools to update Gantt charts and ensure on-time delivery.
• Network of Interaction: Ability to interface and collaborate effectively with internal creative profiles (Designers, Copywriters, Editors, UX/UI specialists, Art Directors) as well as external corporate channels
