No /ph3Offer Description /h3pTitle of the project: ""A novel digital application for the prevention of eating disorders: a pilot study". The project will evaluate, through a pilot study, the preliminary effects and acceptability of a progressive web app developed for the prevention of eating disorders (EDs) among at-risk individuals from the general population. The app provides psychoeducational content and guided exercises based on evidence‑based approaches, focusing on the enhancement of transdiagnostic psychological factors associated with ED risk, including intuitive eating, emotion regulation, and psychological well‑being.
