String Test Process Quality Engineer (PQE) (M/F/D)

Develops an operational year plan for the own manufacturing activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. String Test PQE shall act as the cell focal point of Test Quality; the successful candidate shall drive the cell to meet quality goals in terms of COQ, defects count and QMS compliance. /p h3In this role, you will be responsible for: /h3 ul liLead the Cell/Line (Florence and Massa) in establishing and maintaining a high level of quality within the product line through effective initiation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective action, statistical process control, quality plans, work station audits and overall quality initiatives; /li liProvide answers to Customer’s issues through technical and transactional Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action plan; /li liDrive the Cell / Line towards defect / COQ reduction, characterizing the recurrent causes and the consequent corrective / preventive actions, involving all the impacted functions and those which generated the Non-Conformities; /li liLeads reviews with COE leaders to monitor Quality programs execution and Quality indicators performance; /li liBe responsible for verifying the implementation and the efficiency of the actions, through the subsequent analysis of defects; /li liBe responsible for guaranteeing that the process for Non-Conformity management and Punch List is correctly applied and that the Non-Conformity Report (eNCR) is appropriately documented; /li liDrive and assure special and critical processes qualification control; /li liDrive and maintain qualification of farm-in/farm-out activities; /li liBe responsible for Quality Assurance for the Cell, ensuring that all functions are committed and in compliance to ISO standards; /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 h3To be successful in this role you will: /h3 ul liMaster degree in Engineering (preferred Mechanical, Aeronautics, Chemical) /li liFluent in English /li liTechnical knowledges; /li liBasic Knowledge of HSE regulations /li liAbility to analyze problems and identify root causes; /li liEU Work Permit. /li /ul h3Desired Characteristics /h3 ul liProblem solving certified (i.e. Apollo or Shainin) /li liBasic knowledge in TRS, as PED and IECEx /li liAbility to work in a global environment /li liMultitask approach; /li liChange agent attitude /li li4 years experience in Quality or Operations or Supply Chain; /li liSix-Sigma Green Belt Certified; /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 ul liWorking flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive. /li /ul h3Working with us /h3 pOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
