Product Management Senior Specialist – Reciprocating Compressors

Join Baker Hughes’ Reciprocating Compressors (RC) team, where you will own product initiatives and drive growth across an expanding global portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Support the Long‑Range‑Plan (LRP) for product strategy definition.
• Deploy and execute strategy to meet business plans and financial targets.
• Lead the must‑win process to increase commercial intensity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and ITO to monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Develop external collaborations, agreements, partnerships, and support M&A activities to strengthen product positioning.
• Promote RC offerings within existing tenders to enhance Baker Hughes’ overall solution to customers.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with rotating equipment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to present at executive level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong behavioral, influencing, and leadership skills.
• Experience documenting, planning, reporting, and executing programs.
