Our Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. Responsibilities

• Be familiar with the ITO processes and preferably with Reciprocating technology. Cooperate with Technical Sales/Regional teams to fully satisfy customer needs while maximizing RC profitability in full commercial compliance.
• Prepare commercial proposals, guarantee Quality completeness and Time responsiveness
• Manage sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
• Lead Risk Assessment processes coordinating Bid Teams/Functions (Legal, Finance, Manufacturing, Technical Assistance, Sales Force, Global Services P&Ls, …) during proposal preparation and follow-up
• Lead negotiation with Customers and Functions to ensure full compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
• Participate in definition of the strategy on Price and Margin and leverage ROI evaluation
• Support Sales in opportunity development/assessment with Customers
• Achieve financial and operational committed targets
• Track, monitor and report the assigned project/s.

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Have 5 to 10 years of Commercial Operations / ITO experience for product and services, preferably related to Reciprocating Compressors
• Have good Knowledge of RC market dynamics & customer processes
• Be a self-starter, results oriented
• Have good teamworking skills
• Be fluent in English and Italian

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 51,200 To 70,400. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
