ppIn this role you help shape the SME onboarding and digital banking experience across ING’s international teams. You’ll analyze end-to-end SME processes, translate business needs into IT requirements, and collaborate with product, UX, risk, and operations to deliver frictionless activation. You drive digital onboarding improvements, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional execution to support the new business line’s targets.
