The Group also leads in Italy in Securities Services and banking payment services. /p h3Operations Specialist – Collection French Market (French Speaker) /h3 h3Role Purpose /h3 pTo support the expansion of our internal team, we are looking for an bOperations Specialist – Collection French Market /b to join the bFL Group Sales Function, FOS New Markets Unit /b, on a 1 byear fixed-term contract /b. /p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing credit recovery activities, including the collection of overdue receivables, late payment interest, and recovery costs. The role involves handling a portfolio of French debtors and clients, maintaining regular communication with them, and ensuring efficient credit collection processes. /p pThe ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liContact French clients and debtors by phone, email, and written correspondence to verify and manage outstanding receivables. /li liUpdate, monitor, and maintain credit information within the company management system. /li liManage and accurately archive documentation received from clients and debtors. /li liPrepare reports and data analyses for clients. /li liCollaborate with Legal and Administrative teams to manage and elevate complex cases when necessary. /li liEnsure compliance with internal procedures and agreed timelines. /li /ul h3Knowledge and Skills Requirements /h3 ul liFluent written and spoken French, English (B2) /li liDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liAt least 3 year of experience in credit collection, accounts receivable, customer service, or a similar role. /li liStrong teamwork and communication skills. /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. /li liStrong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to quickly reprioritize tasks when required. /li liAbility to work under pressure while meeting deadlines. /li liHigh level of autonomy, responsibility, and attention to detail. /li /ul h3Additional Skills /h3 ul liStrong perseverance, motivation, and results-oriented mindset. /li liProblem-solving abilities and proactive attitude. /li liExcellent command of Excel /li /ul pWork Location: Milan (3 days at the office 2 days remote) /p h3What BFF Bank Group can offer: /h3 ul liA stimulating and challenging work environment with high growth potential and a strong learning culture. /li lione year (fixed term) employment contract. /li liMeal vouchers are provided both in-office and during remote work. /li liRewarding system. /li /ul pAt BFF Bank, we ensure that every individual has access to the same opportunities and equal treatment.
