Adecco Italia is currently recruiting, on behalf of a prestigious international banking institution based in Rome, a Member Service Representative to join its local team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service experience, building strong and trusted relationships with customers and supporting them in identifying the banking and financial solutions that best meet their current and future needs.

The role combines customer service, relationship management, banking operations and a commercial approach , within a highly professional and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every interaction, providing prompt, professional and courteous assistance.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, gaining a clear understanding of their financial needs through effective questioning and active listening.
• Act as a trusted advisor by presenting the features and benefits of banking products and services that best meet customers' current and future requirements.
• Verify customer eligibility, support the onboarding process and assist with the opening of new accounts.
• Process and support applications related to banking and lending products and services.
• Investigate and resolve issues concerning customer accounts and loans, ensuring timely follow-up and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Respond to telephone inquiries, requests and written correspondence in a professional and effective manner.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality when handling customer and account information.
• Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations, internal policies and procedures.
• Maintain awareness of anti-money laundering requirements and promptly identify and report any suspicious activity in accordance with established procedures.
• Complete all relevant compliance documentation and mandatory AML-related training.
• Support administrative, clerical and reception activities contributing to the efficient operation of the Rome office.
• Participate in customer presentations, service activities and internal training programmes.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• University degree.
• At least 2 years of professional experience within a bank, financial institution or similar financial services environment .
• Previous experience with retail banking products and services is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of regulations relating to banking accounts, financial services, confidentiality and lending, or a strong willingness to develop expertise in these areas.
• Good command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new applications and digital tools.
• Fluency in both English and Italian, written and spoken, is essential.

Benefit

Annual salary range: 49000-55000 €
