Team Leader I, Production

Overview

As Team Leader you will coordinate and supervise production activities within one or more areas, under the Production Supervisor. You will help develop departmental skills and drive responses to operational needs. You'll ensure safety, policy adherence, and timely performance, while providing immediate feedback and supporting short-term issue resolution. This role connects frontline teams with broader organizational directives, promoting a collaborative, efficient work environment. You will be a key link in achieving departmental goals and optimizing production flow.

Responsabilità

• Ensure departmental goals are met by communicating objectives
• Relay overall organizational directives and maximize team participation
• Ensure punctuality, engagement, safety compliance, and policy adherence
• Provide immediate performance feedback and assist in emergency, safety, attendance, and conduct issues
• Contribute to reporting on manufacturing/production and employee performance
• Ensure accurate time and attendance data in the system
• Handle multiple responsibilities with a facilitative leadership style
• Collaborate with Production Supervisor to achieve departmental goals
• Receive objectives and set actionable goals to meet them

Requisiti fondamentali

• Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or ETC Engineering
• 4 years of related experience
• Leadership capability with ability to work with people in shifts
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Knowledge of manufacturing/production operations
• SAP proficiency related to time/attendance and material transactions (preferred)
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
