We work in a dynamic, and exciting environment where innovating on behalf of our customers is at the heart of everything we do. /p pThe Prime Video Int'l Finance team seeks a Commercial Finance Manager to lead Prime Video business partnering for Italy, Spain, Turkey and the MENA region. The role is highly commercial in focus, scaling reporting and planning for independent territories and influence business partners decisions, while performing rock solid performance tracking. It would suit finance professionals with a transactional, commercial finance background with strong proficiency in financial modelling. It requires also strong business partnering skills. /p pThe applicable collective agreement for this role is Telecomunicazioni. The position is classified at Quadro or above, depending on the candidate’s skills, competences and experience. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the country PLs and performance KPIs. /li liDevelop short and long term forecasts based on latest learnings and PV Content and Product inputs. Continually assess performance against this plan and iterate. /li liBe the knowledge owner and first port of call on why the country under coverage hit/missed plan or grew/declined on KPIs or financials. As a result, know whether we delivered the inputs per the plan and can bridge these clearly to business leaders. /li liOwn the Content selection plan for the country and ladder this up to key output forecasts. /li liOwn all country specific business cases, deep dives and reviews and influence business partners in making the best data driven decisions. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or a Bachelor's degree and experience in quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) /li liExperience in tax, finance or a related analytical field /li liExperience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses /li liExperience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis /li liExperience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes /li liExperience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMBA, or CPA /li liExperience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results /li liExperience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
