ppbFinance Manager, Shared Service Accounting (d/f/m) /b /p pbLocation: /b On-site, Buccinasco, Milan, Italy /p pThis role supports Leica Microsystems' accounting and reporting framework for its European entities in Italy, Spain, and Portugal, overseeing all financial activities and leading a local accounting team. /p h3In This Role /h3 ul liEnsure compliance of ledgers in Italy, Spain, and Portugal with DHR, Leica finance policies, and local regulations, and complete required filings on time. /li liManage and coordinate operational accounting processes, including posting transactions, releasing payments, VAT, and leading the local accounting team. /li liLead the close process for the Italian ledger: review trial balances, cost‑center expenses, approve journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare quarterly disclosure questionnaires. /li liEnsure adherence to SOX and other finance controls and prepare local GAAP financial statements while reconciling to US‑GAAP reporting. /li liAct as a business partner to local business leaders, providing meaningful reports and analysis across business areas. /li /ul h3Essential Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 8 years of finance experience with a strong focus on tax/finance, including Italian GAAP and compulsory Italian tax knowledge; US GAAP preferred. /li liProgressive accounting/controllership experience in a multinational environment. /li liProven ability to develop, implement, and improve processes with strong analytical skills. /li liTeam player, process oriented, hands‑on. /li liFluency in English (written and spoken) is required; German speaking a plus. /li /ul h3Travel Requirements /h3 ul liUp to 10% travel for onsite work. /li /ul h3Salary Benefits /h3 ul liGross annual salary €56 000–€65 000, per CCNL Commercio Quadro classification. /li liTarget bonus of 10% of base salary, subject to eligibility and performance. /li liComprehensive benefits package (healthcare, paid time off, etc.) as per Danaher Benefits Info. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
