Quando não estiver interagindo diretamente com os clientes, colabore com os colegas no escritório.**ICS Italy Rental Sales Engineer (Italy - North West)** The ideal candidate should be based in **Milan** or **Bologna** As a Rental Sales Engineer, focused on the North West of Italy, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer development, sales and customer satisfaction by providing technical and commercial expertise. This is your opportunity to deliver exceptional value through our rental product offerings.**Responsibilities:*** Scouting and networking activities: by leveraging on tools and databases made available, working as to identify new opportunities.* Customer and order acquisition: Identify and seize potential opportunities with both existing and new customers, by crafting compelling proposals and coordinating various processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.* Foster customer growth and loyalty: Actively support and assist customers to encourage long-term relationships, aligning with company strategy in terms of customer channels, product mix, and selling level.* Achieve sales targets: Drive assigned sales and customer development quotas, with a specific focus on rental customer acquisition and development* Collaborative teamwork: Participate actively in team projects and contribute to achieving shared objectives.* Contract management: Prepare and review offers and/or contract terms and conditions using our standard ICS Italy templates, ensuring clear and mutually beneficial agreements.* Presentation and stakeholder management: Present proposals to customers, follow up with all relevant stakeholders within the purchasing process, and engage in discussions to develop and evaluate possible solutions.* Reporting and compliance: Utilize company-mandated software and programs to prepare reports in line with company rules.* Database management: Maintain an updated customer database to enhance accuracy and facilitate ongoing business development efforts. **Required Profile:*** Technical education: Possess a Technical High School or University degree in engineering, with a preference for HVAC specialization.* Experience: Ideally, have 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC or Technical Services industry, showcasing proven selling skills and a track record of delivering sales results.* Flexibility and mobility: Ability to travel more than 50% of your working time.* Language proficiency: Fluent Italian (native) and communicative English (minimum B1 level).* Sales-oriented mindset: Display excellent multitasking abilities with a strong focus on customer needs and achieving sales targets.* Exceptional communication: Demonstrate outstanding communication skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.* Market knowledge: Familiarity with the local HVAC or Rental market is a plus.* Technical skills: Proficiency in thermodynamics (refrigerant circuit, compressors), HVAC, and electrotechnics fundamentals is a plus.* Software proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and Outlook. **What We Offer:*** Competitive compensation package: Enjoy an attractive base salary with a variable part, a car and a fuel card and all necessary work tool / IT devices.
