pPrima is seeking a Head of IT Service Desk in Milan to lead a large IT team and ensure a high-quality service experience across all systems. /ppThe role requires managing at least 10 reports for a company with 1,000+ staff and overseeing an annual budget of at least €1 million, across multiple countries.
