Senior Team Lead & Key Account Manager - Top Accounts

Smartbox Italia is seeking a Team Lead & Key Account Manager to coach a trio of Account Managers while personally managing a portfolio of strategic partners. You will align team objectives with regional commercial goals, drive KPI-focused performance, and influence product and strategy with feedback from partners.
The role requires strong leadership, relationship-building, and sales expertise in a hospitality/e-commerce context. A hybrid work setup and growth opportunities are offered.
