Expansion Director / Delegate - Rome & Surrounding Areas

About the Position

Genteel Home, a high-end tourist apartment operator, is looking to hire an Expansion Director / Delegate to lead the development and opening of new operations in Rome and the surrounding areas.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, establishing strategic relationships, and coordinating the implementation of the business model.

This is a strategic, high-responsibility position, with a high level of autonomy and decision-making capacity. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to build and consolidate Genteel Home’s project in Rome from its early stages, with a long-term growth vision.

What Will Be Your Mission?

Lead Genteel Home’s development in Rome and the surrounding areas, identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic relationships, and coordinating the implementation and consolidation of our operations in the city.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and drive Genteel Home’s development strategy in Rome.
• Identify and assess new business and expansion opportunities in the local market.
• Lead the acquisition and negotiation of agreements with property owners, investors, and strategic partners.
• Analyse the economic and strategic viability of new opportunities and projects.
• Oversee the implementation and opening processes of new operations.
• Continuously analyse the local market, competition, and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with property owners, investors, collaborators, and other relevant market stakeholders.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a senior professional with an established career and experience in positions of responsibility, capable of combining strategic vision, business development capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of the local environment.

• University degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• Postgraduate studies, an MBA, or a Master’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Hospitality Management, or similar fields will be valued.
• Solid professional experience, preferably more than 8 years.
• Experience in positions involving responsibility, management, business development, expansion, operations, or strategic project management.
• Financial analysis skills and business vision.
• Excellent negotiation and strategic relationship development skills.
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and decision-making.
• Strategic, proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented profile.
• Knowledge of the Rome market and its business and tourism environment.
• Experience in the tourism, hospitality, accommodation, real estate, or services sectors will be especially valued.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
• Availability to travel.
