Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager (d/f/m)

Overview

In this role you will design, deploy, and govern a global, scalable commercial capability framework across regions. You'll collaborate with regional leaders and BUs to align training priorities and drive capability development. You'll establish governance, measure impact, and ensure content is relevant and actionable. This position combines strategic design with hands-on execution to elevate commercial performance in a remote Italy-based setup. You help turn learning into measurable business impact within a mission of advancing life sciences and patient care.

Responsabilità

• Develop and lead a global commercial training strategy with scalable, blended learning solutions across regions
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework defining capabilities and development plans
• Partner with Regional Commercial Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align training priorities and ensure content relevance
• Establish robust training governance and operational excellence through standardized processes, content management, reporting, and LMS networks
• Measure training impact, analyze gaps, and provide actionable insights to leadership

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles
• Proven ability to design and manage global programs and projects
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, and familiarity with LLM-based tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of time
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
