Apply Today. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities Include: /h3 ul liGather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of user needs. /li liMap current business processes (AS-IS) and design optimized future-state processes (TO-BE) to improve operational efficiency. /li liTranslate business needs into practical and technically feasible solutions, ensuring alignment between business and IT teams. /li liSupport solution design and validation activities, assessing technical feasibility and compliance with business requirements. /li liPlan, coordinate, and support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure solution quality. /li liAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and decision-making. /li liSupport the implementation of new systems and processes, contributing to user adoption, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Required Experience and Skills: /h3 pMandatory /p ul liBachelor's degree completed, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. /li liExperience integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), MES systems, and CAD tools (e.g., NX, SolidWorks). /li liExperience with testing and validation activities, including unit testing, functional testing, and system validation. /li liExperience translating business requirements into technical solutions. /li liKnowledge of BMIDE, ITK, and SOA for Teamcenter data modeling, development, and tegrations. /li liKnowledge of Active Workspace (AWC) and Rich Client (RAC). /li liKnowledge of PLM processes, BOM management, change management (ECR/ECO), document control, and versioning. /li liParticipation in Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, or migration projects. /li liWorking knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies. /li liExperience with technical documentation and version control systems such as Git. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul libWork Model: /bFlexible /li libHybrid on-site work environment: /bThis position requires regular on-site presence for three (3) days per week, with core collaboration days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. /li libSchedule: /b8:00 AM to 17:00 PM /li /ul pWhen submitting your application to Ball, we encourage you to emphasize your skills, experience, and qualifications that align with the role. /p pBall Corporation is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
