Reporting to our Hotel Operations Manager, you will work behind the scenes to ensure that guests experience the best service possible. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties in Rome.brIn this role, you will: /pbrulbrliConduct routine inspections of the rooms to ensure they are clean and fully stocked, and take immediate actions to correct any deficiencies /librliCollaborate with our Guest Experience team to track and address any complaints from guests /librliSupervise the overall activities of our housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness /librliKeep an eye on inventory levels so as to coordinate the delivery process of our external suppliers /librliRemain in close contact with our building maintenance staff to coordinate the fixing of any technical issues that may occur /librliHave an overview of all things happening at the property and trouble-shoot any issues arising while keeping a cool head /librliHave a unique opportunity to assist us with the pre post opening of any new hospitality units as the need arisesbr/libr/ulbrpstrongABOUT YOU /strong /pbrpWe encourage you to apply even if you don't think you meet all of the below criteria.
