If you want to spark the future of the automotive world, join us. /p pAs a result of this growth, we are looking for a talented Junior Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions Management team based in Milan, Italy. /p h3The role /h3 pThe Junior Solutions Engineer will be responsible for providing technical qualification, solution design and proposal support to the commercial and client services teams. Acting as a product specialist, you will provide consultancy and support for the installation, configuration and use of our SaaS platform, website solution and digital products. In this role you will: /p ul liProvide technical support to Sales teams in development the proposal, pre‑sales and post‑sales activities; /li liProvide product, business, and technical knowledge for sales activities; /li liBe the technical bridge of technical/commercial aspects for MotorK its (potential) clients, mapping technical capabilities, articulate product value proposition and benefits to develop winning bespoke solutions; /li liEnsuring high quality production and responses to client's Request for Proposal (RFP) Request for Information (RFI); /li liProvide recommendation and solution architecture based on customer requirements, including presentation of solutions; /li liGather understand clients' requirements and communicate back to internal teams while liaising with Product management team to build bespoke solutions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pOur ideal Junior Solutions Engineer will have a strong digital mindset and hunger to develop within an international organization. /p ul liFluent English and native Italian speaker; /li liDegree in Digital marketing/Economics/Management Engineering; /li liIntuitive mind with the ability to ask the right questions to understand and interpret client requirements, drive conversation to the right direction; /li liConfident and articulate communicator who can take command of most business situations; /li liStrong in building work relationship rapport with internal external stakeholders at all levels; /li liPassionate about digital; /li liAn eye for detail, confident and good presentation style; /li liSelf‑motivated, Well‑organized, Proactive and capable of working under pressure. /li /ul h3Work pattern and location /h3 ul liFull time (40 hours per week); /li liMonday - Friday; /li liOffice based in Milan (near Lambrate). /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liIndividual training paths; /li liOpportunity to develop and move within the company; /li liNational and international mobility options; /li liYearly team activities. /li /ul h3What you can expect from the recruitment process /h3 ul liHR interview; /li liHiring Manager interview; /li liPeer interview/skills assessment; /li liC-level interview (optional). /li /ul pMotorK is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any kind.
