You will ensure incident resolution and optimize tool performance. You will take preventive measures to ensure stable and secure IT applications and infrastructure to avoid potential service interruptions. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3pYour main tasks will include: /pulliResolving incidents in Boutique and Office environments, /liliSupporting users on business applications (Cegid Y2, ...), /liliSupporting users on IT equipment (cash registers, PDAs, multifunction printers, Zebra printers...), /liliProviding technical support on projects (deployment of new tools), /liliParticipation in counter openings: technical, network, etc. /liliUser account administration (Exchange, Active Directory, O365, Intunes, etc.), /liliManagement of equipment and supplier renewals, /liliWriting guides and training users. /li /ulpTravel to different sites expected (about two weeks per quarter). /ph3Required qualifications and skills /h3pWith a background in IT, you have at least 4 years of experience, ideally in the retail sector or in a distribution network environment : /pulliYou have a good command of Windows environments /liliIdeally, you have knowledge of an MDM solution /liliYou have a solid foundation in networking (TCP/IP) /liliKnowledge of CBR Retail or Cegid would be a plus /liliYou speak English fluently. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
