Senior Software Engineer

Overview

In this role you design and develop software solutions across the full stack, applying architectural best practices to deliver scalable, high-quality products. You work closely with product managers, designers and operations to translate requirements into robust designs and reliable software. You drive planning, risk mitigation and continuous improvements, balancing delivery speed with code quality. You will shape software that powers diverse customers globally, including small shops and large institutions, while contributing to a sustainable, innovative tech culture.

Responsabilità

• Concept and design: collaborate with product managers and designers to align solutions with business goals and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Planning: assist in project estimation, break down tasks, and flag risks with mitigation strategies.
• Updates and maintenance: implement updates, optimize performance, and ensure stability with the operations team.
• Coding and testing: write clean code, develop components with suitable languages/frameworks, and implement automated tests.
• Analysis: perform problem analysis, conduct code reviews, and use data-driven insights for improvements.
