ppAbout the Role:We are currently looking for a talented Junior Brand Manager Kinder who will support the Global Brand Manager in the development of a new innovation platform, from product development to the key marketing mix levers.You will contribute to the end-to-end construction of the platform, supporting packaging development, visual identity definition, brand positioning, economics and profitability evaluation, as well as the industrial feasibility path in close cooperation with Operations.Working in a highly dynamic and international environment within Ferrero, this position offers the opportunity to coordinate with laboratories, technical functions and other key stakeholders, ensuring the project progresses smoothly and is ready for the next phase of development.At this stage, the role does not include the development of advertising campaigns or communication activations in the strict sense. The focus is on product, packaging, visual identity, positioning, economics and industrial feasibility. Once the project is considered ready, the successful candidate is expected to transition to the Luxembourg team. /ph3Main Responsibilities: /h3ulliYou will support the BM in the development of a new innovation platform, ensuring a smooth and structured flow across product development, packaging, visual identity, economics and industrial feasibility workstreams. /liliContributing to packaging and visual identity development through the preparation of briefs, coordination of internal stakeholders, management of feedback loops and alignment with the intended brand positioning. /liliYou will support economics and profitability evaluations, helping to build a solid business case and identify key opportunities or constraints impacting the platform feasibility. /liliCoordinating product development activities from concept to feasibility assessment, working closely with Laboratories, Technical Functions and Operations to support the industrialization path. /liliActing as a coordination point among key stakeholders, including Laboratories, Packaging Development, Research, Controlling, Operations, Legal and Quality, ensuring alignment, timely decision-making and project progression. /liliIn collaboration with the Research Department (CSU), you willsupport the definition of the research plan, managing implementation, results analysis and post-research action plans to reinforce the platform positioning and development choices. /liliIdentifying relevant market opportunities, white spaces and competitive references to support platform development, while monitoring the elements required to prepare the project for its next organizational phase. /li /ulh3About You: /h3ulliYou hold a Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication or equivalent. /liliA global mindset combined with ambition, curiosity and a strong passion for innovation and product development. /liliYou bring a dynamic, flexible and proactive approach, together with strong project management and communication skills. /liliA results-oriented and precise way of working, with the ability to prioritize activities and perform effectively in high-pressure environments and within strict deadlines. /liliStrong analytical skills. /liliExcellent command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and excellent knowledge of Nielsen, IRI and Euromonitor databases. /liliFluency in English and Italian is required. /li /ulh3What We Offer: /h3pThe role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 43.249. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
