You will aim high and achieve goals together with your team. /p h3bMain Responsibilities: /b /h3 pPURPOSE /p pDevelop the strategic and commercial marketing initiatives for Raffaello Assortments (through the line communication, range, pricing) to drive sales, market shares, profit, and consumers’ KPIs to meet agreed budgets. Lead the conversations on the brand with key function and stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organization to ensure buy in and a smooth implementation of the defined marketing strategies and programs. /p h3bSTRATEGY: /b /h3 ul liProviding insights to define the key role in defining the brand targets, sales mix, net sales, gross margin and marketing contribution as well as volumes and sales value budget. Participating in preparing key strategic plans defining volumes, PL, activity plan. /li liManaging advertising, promotion, research and market analysis costs /li liGiving direction on positioning in comparison with competitors’ actions /li liNew product development (NPD) strategy development /li liDriving innovation through new product and strategy development /li /ul h3bCOMMUNICATION MEDIA: /b /h3 ul liDeveloping the advertising strategy and managing creative agencies /li liMonitoring the outputs related to the brand plans and participation in the definition of the promotion strategy /li liSupervising material development activities (e.g. execution of packaging development and new packaging / labeling projects) /li liConventional and digital media mix planning and follow-up /li /ul h3bRESEARCH EXPERIMENTATION: /b /h3 ul liAnalyzing results and data of tests, calculating KPIs and proposing actions /li liParticipating in proposal, implementation (e.g. briefs) and follow-up of strategic and operational improvement projects /li /ul h3bCOLLABORATION WITH: /b /h3 pSales Force, Trade Marketing, Head of Media Planning, Region Marketing Manager Category /p h3bAbout You: /b /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, especially on social digital marketing strategy /li liProactively with pragmatic approach to problem solving.
