Together with you, we can create the right conditions for a brighter future. /p pWith the launch of our new production facility in Bari, Midsummer Italia is now strengthening the team with another Service Engineer who wants to contribute to the growth of renewable energy and advanced manufacturing. /p pAre you passionate about technology, renewable energy, and driving innovation? /p h3About The Role /h3 pAs a Service Engineer in the mechanical support/assembly team at Midsummer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the equipment for production of solar cells. You will be part of a small team that works closely together, to find solutions to small and large problems and challenges in our production of solar panels. /p h3Main tasks of the role /h3 ul liDiagnose and resolve mechanical faults /li liPerform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on machines /li liReplace or repair defective mechanical components /li liSupport mechanical checks during commissioning /li liDocument mechanical issues, interventions, and resolutions /li /ul h3This is you /h3 pTo feel comfortable in this role at Midsummer, you need to appreciate having your own responsibility and at the same time working in a team that supports each other. /p pYou like fast pace and are not afraid to make decisions when necessary. You have very good communication skills and collaborate easily with people from all kinds of industries and backgrounds. Furthermore, you are quality-oriented and structured, but at the same time can adapt to an organization that is growing where all routines are not yet established. /p h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liA high school diploma is required.
