Posizione:
Mission del Ruolo
Oggi l’azienda opera in Italia con forti metriche di crescita M-o-M grazie alla proprie attività di social media marketing. L’obiettivo è:
-Fare la differenza, raddoppiando l’acquisizione di clienti in Italia in 6 (oggi 2.500/mese)
-Portare in 24 mesi il servizio ad essere presente in Spagna, Francia e Germania
-Disegnare logiche di community che aumentino la componente organica (Network effect)

Il nostro è una squadra piccola ma molto coesa e demanding, la figura che cerchiamo deve avere queste caratteristiche:
-Sa accogliere obbiettivi sfidanti e vive per raggiungerli
-Ha un approccio hands-on: le cose non si pensano soltanto ma si fanno
-Non fa “scarica barile”, sa prendersi le sue responsabilità e dire “ho sbagliato”
-Non rimanda a domani quello che può fare oggi
-Se c’è una deadline da rispettare alza il telefono e parla con le persone
Requisiti:
Requisiti Obbligatori
-Provenienza da start-up/scale-up B2C: aver vissuto un’espansione internazionale è un plus
-Approccio hands-on: anche se ci sarà lo specialist sa farsi una campagna o rivedere una grafica
-8+ anni di esperienza in ambito digital marketing
-Forte esperienza in Social media (content, adv e influencer): ha costruito una community
-Performance marketing, growth e brand.
-Leadership e gestione team.
-Inglese fluente.
-Nice to have: Provenienza da aziende luxury/premium
-Nice to have: Background fintech o alternative investing.
Responsabilità Chiave
-Strategia & Leadership
o Definire la strategia e, in particolare, il piano di messa a terra concreto
o Costruire e guidare un team marketing multidisciplinare.
o Gestire l’espansione internazionale
- Scalare l’acquisizione utenti.
o Ottimizzare funnel e conversion.
o Strategie community-driven.
o Monitorare KPI: CAC, LTV, activation, retention.
o Creare campagne omnicanale.
-Brand & PR
o Sviluppare un brand premium.
o Coordinare PR corporate e storytelling.
o Supportare il lancio di nuove partnership.
