Growth Analytics & Automation Specialist

ppWe're hiring a Growth Analytics Automation Specialist to build the data backbone of our digital businesses. /ppWe create, launch, and scale B2C B2B products through performance marketing and we're ready to level up how we use data and automation to drive decisions. We're not looking for someone who just builds dashboards. We want someone who owns the data end-to-end and constantly asks: bWhat's happening? Why? What do we do about it? /b and, whenever possible, bhow do we automate it? /b /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliTrack and analyze performance across products, campaigns, funnels, and checkouts /liliOwn KPIs like CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, LTV, retention, and churn /liliAudit and fix tracking/attribution issues across ad platforms, CRM, checkout, and payment processors /liliBuild dashboards and alerting systems for management and performance teams /liliInvestigate anomalies and find root causes, not just symptoms /liliWork directly with developers to improve tracking and data flow /liliSpot manual, repetitive work and help automate it from insight to action /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliStrong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4/GTM /liliSQL and solid data analysis skills /liliExperience building dashboards and BI reporting /liliA real technical understanding of how data is generated, collected, and stored /liliCuriosity, sharp reasoning, and the ability to dig into unfamiliar systems fast /li /ulpbNice to have: /b Python, server-side tracking, Meta CAPI, BigQuery/data warehouse, webhooks, automation tools, experimentation anomaly detection. /ph3Why This Role /h3pDirect access to the people making business decisions and the people building the systems.
