Your role

Main responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of both outbound and inbound transportation activities, ensuring efficiency and service quality.
• Assist in the daily management of transport operations through SAP Transport Cockpit.
• Prepare and manage invoicing processes, along with all required documentation for extra-EU shipments.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational flows.
• Contribute to reporting activities, leveraging Excel to analyze data and monitor performance.

Main requirements

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Genuine interest in transportation and logistics.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• A graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
• Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
• A team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
