HVAC Construction Engineer

ppAs part of our growth and organizational development around bmajor industrial building projects /bas a bGeneral Contractor /b, we are seeking an bHVAC Construction Engineer /b in bMilan /b. /p pYou will bcoordinate and manage our construction projects /b, for bHVAC Mechanical /b discipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments. /p pMore specifically, your main responsibilities will include for the bHVAC Mechanical package /b: /p ul liManaging project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling, /li liSupervising subcontractors, /li liEnsuring regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers), /li liParticipate to site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners, /li liEnsuring compliance with HSE rules. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pWith a bMechanical Engineering /b degree (or equivalent), you have at least b8 years of experience as HVAC construction engineer on industrial building projects. /b /p pRecognized for your bleadership /b and strong interpersonal skills, you combine bdiplomacy, rigor, /b and a bservice-oriented mindset /b and have developed bproficiency in Italian and English /b. /p pMainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are bopen to frequent travel across Italy /b. /p pCap Ingelec is committed to inclusion, gender equality, and the employment of people with disabilities.
