Ourrecruiterscan provide more information about the specific benefits and programs available in your location. /ph3Overview /h3pThe primary purpose of this position will be to support and maintain the Vascular division in the assigned area in close collaboration with the Country Business Manager, Regional Business Managers and European support functions. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pThe main responsibilities will encompass, but will not be limited to: /ppbMeetings Events: /b /pulliDevelop and manage the commercial plan for workshops within the country, being the liaison person between the sales teams, Training team, Medical Education team, Marketing Product Management /liliMaintain an overview of and manage the workshops congresses within the country in collaboration with the support functions /liliParticipate in local and international exhibitions and meetings as required /liliAttend local pre-congress meeting with organizer and negotiate support (€) and podium as required /liliBe the point of reference for local Medtech companies and branch organisations /liliKeep up to date on international and national Ethics and Compliance guidelines (Mdeon) /liliSupport contract development in conjunction with the Medical Education team and Clinical Programs as required /liliEnsure all required congress materials are available /liliSupport HCP contract system in collaboration with the Country Business Manager and Regional Business Managers /li /ulpbInteraction with internal functions: /b /ppCollaborate with Product Management and Reimbursement team /pulliBe the point of reference for Product Management when updating products (product news, new codes, notification lists, etc.) /liliBe the point of reference for Product Management when information is required (translation, forms on product usage, etc.) /liliBe the point of reference for the sales teams when information is required (technical information on Cook and competitor products, technical sheet, letters about products, etc.) /liliLook after all product lines /li /ulpCollaborate with Marketing /pulliKeep a clear and clean event list (congresses, workshops, etc.) /liliEnsure relevant persons attend to support meetings and events; coordinate booth schedule /liliManage pre- and post-congress tasks (distribution of leads, evaluations etc.) /li /ulpCollaborate with Account Specialists and Clinical Support Specialists /pulliSupport for presentations /liliCreate and control presentations in collaboration with Product Management /li /ulpCollaborate with Regional Business Managers and the Country Business Manager /pulliReport all the above activities to Regional Business Managers /liliSupport leadership team where necessary /li /ulpCollaborate with Clinical Programs /pulliLiaise between the sales teams and Clinical Program on all aspects of advocacy program /li /ulpbSecuring Employee Development and Organisational Culture: /b /pulliMaintain our culture, values and commitment to Ethics and Compliance by recognizing, demonstrating, and enforcing appropriate and compliant behavior /liliWithin scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements are met /liliUnderstand and follow company quality policies and procedures with respect to Complaint Handling, Product Returns, Samples, Consignment Stock and any other areas as appropriate /liliComply with travel and subsistence rules and submit expense reports in a timely manner /liliUnderstand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook policies /liliSecure the Cook culture and comply with company guidelines policies /li /ulpbCollaboration: /b /pulliWork closely and effectively with the other members of the sales team, Clinical Programs, Product Management and Marketing in order to provide the best possible service to the customer and the patient /liliWork closely with the Medical Education group to ensure correct procedures and support is achieved to promote successful programs /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliThird level qualification advantageous or relevant experience in organising medical training and meetings. /liliLanguage skills: good written and verbal command of English and other relevant languages. /liliExcellent communication and inter-personal skills. /liliAbility to motivate a national/multi-national team. /liliGood working knowledge of Microsoft® Office. /liliProven problem-solving skills. /liliExcellent administrative and organisational skills. /liliSense of urgency and ability to adapt to stress. /liliProduct and/or procedural knowledge would be an advantage. /liliHigh self-motivation. /liliAvailability and willingness to travel. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
