The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production in accordance with engineering standards, Lean principles, and Vertiv requirements. The role will act as a key interface between engineering, production, quality, and supply chain, driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and product industrialization. /p /br /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliRespects the principles of environmental protection /li /brliSupport and optimize manufacturing processes in accordance with drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and technical standards /li /brliAnalyze production flows and propose improvements related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery /li /brliParticipate in the industrialization of new products and engineering changes (NPDI / ECO / ECN) /li /brliDefine and update manufacturing documentation (work instructions, process flows, layouts, routings) /li /brliSupport production during daily operations, troubleshooting technical and process-related issues /li /brliAnalyze root causes of production problems and implement corrective and preventive actions /li /brliCooperate closely with other departments (Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, EHS) /li /brliSupport line balancing, capacity analysis, and layout optimization /li /brliSupport validation of tools, equipment, and production processes /li /brliEnsure compliance with internal standards, quality procedures, and safety regulations /li /brliWork in accordance with LEAN manufacturing principles and 5S methodology (VOS) /li /brliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by submitting and implementing improvement proposals /li /brliPerform all other activities related to the agreed type of work /li /brliFollow the procedures, rules, and principles of the integrated management system /li /brliContribute to the development and adherence to standards with a focus on customer satisfaction, company culture, and continuous improvement /li /br /ul /br /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliSecondary technical school or higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields /li /brliAt least 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role /li /brliBe able to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation /li /brliHave knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly methods /li /brliHave experience with process improvement and problem-solving techniques /li /brliHave basic knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, VSM) /li /brliBe able to work with measuring equipment /li /brliHave basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) /li /brliHave good English knowledge /li /brliComply with all health and safety and environmental protection requirements defined in the company's internal regulations or communicated during training. /li /brliComply with required emergency prevention and operational control measures. /li /brliReport all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies. /li /brliImplement, implement and manage all health and safety and environmental protection matters related to the position. /li /brliIn addition to the tasks listed above, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined /li /br /ul /br /brh3Salary /h3 /brpThe anticipated salary range for this role in Piove di Sacco (PD) is between 29.000€ to 36.000€ gross per year (based on a full-time working week).
