In this role, you will help customers improve operational performance, reliability, and efficiency through innovative asset management solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers to drive sustainable business growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity to shape market strategy, develop new business opportunities, and contribute to the success of Emerson's Reliability Solutions portfolio. /ph3In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: /h3ullipOwn the budget for the Reliability business, collaborating with European and local teams, aligning business objectives, to succeed delivering what is expected. /p /lilipEnsure a customer-consultative approach that supports sustainable business development and operational excellence for Field Device Management solutions, including Field Communicator, AMS Device Manager, and AMS Optics. /p /lilipDeliver presentations, workshops, webinars, and customer events that showcase Emerson's value proposition and technical expertise. /p /lilipDrive business growth through a proactive approach by identifying, developing, and converting new opportunities within existing and new customer accounts. /p /lilipPartner with sales teams to support project pursuits, customer engagements, and successful order closure in accordance with company guidelines. /p /lilipBuild and strengthen relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders through a consultative selling approach. /p /lilipDevelop and expand alternative distribution channels to increase market reach and customer access. /p /li /ulh3Who You Are: /h3pYou are the first to spot possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace.
