At Archer Recruitment , a leading IT specialist recruitment agency, you will manage and lead a talented Business Development team, delivering results while empowering your team to exceed their potential.
We are searching for a proven Business Developer who closes major deals and inspires a high‑performing team.
Why This Role MattersYou will be at the centre of our growth strategy, securing major new clients, expanding key accounts, and ensuring we remain the go‑to partner for high‑value recruitment solutions.
- Leadership Opportunity: Position yourself as more than a BDR – mentor peers, influence strategy, and shape the team’s future.
- Real Impact: Your deals and relationships will directly contribute to revenue growth, client success, and team performance.
- Growth to Management: Pathway to a Team Manager role with training, mentorship, and rapid promotion opportunities.
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Account Executive, Business Development Consultant, etc.).
- Relentless drive to exceed ambitious targets.
- Exceptional closing skills and passion for winning.
- Genuine desire to lead a team and contribute to long‑term success.
- Eu Passport or Citizenship with the ability to live and work in Malta.
On‑site, full‑time, Malta central office, International Team.
Base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses.
