Lead Consultant - Life Sciences

Overview

In this role you will apply strategic consulting to major Pharma, Medical Device and Healthcare players, shaping commercial models, omnichannel transformations, and AI-enabled solutions. You will work with cross-border teams on cutting-edge Life Sciences projects, contributing to proposals and building reusable methodologies. You'll lead end-to-end workstreams, coach analysts, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders in a multinational environment. Responsabilità

• Own end-to-end workstreams: framing problems, designing analyses, gathering evidence, and delivering client recommendations
• Coordinate and coach analysts and consultants within the stream to ensure high-quality outputs
• Manage client counterparts autonomously at middle management level and lead client conversations with senior stakeholders
• Contribute to proposals, scope extensions and client development alongside managers and partners
• Help build reusable assets, methodologies, and thought leadership for the practice
• Engage in engagements such as commercial model design, field force sizing, market access and pricing strategy, operating model redesign, and omnichannel transformation
• Deploy AI use-cases across commercial and medical operations and assess value creation

Requisiti fondamentali

• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences projects in international contexts
• Background in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Economics, Engineering or Biotechnology; Master's or MBA a plus
• Fluent in English; third language (French, Spanish, German) a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems into workable plans
• Proven track record of running workstreams autonomously and knowing when to escalate
• Tech-curious with interest in how AI reshapes healthcare and creates value
• Positive, collaborative attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment
