Senior Clinical Project Manager (Renal, Obesity, MASH) - Global Study Leadership

Overview

In this role you lead strategic delivery of global clinical trials, partnering with sponsors and cross-functional teams to accelerate development of innovative therapies. You guide multi-regional studies, ensuring quality, timelines and budget alignment while navigating regulatory requirements. You work with senior sponsors to provide strategic solutions and shape study outcomes. Responsabilità

• Lead delivery of complex global and multi-regional clinical studies, ensuring operational excellence
• Act as primary strategic partner for sponsors, offering leadership and innovative solutions
• Provide direction to cross-functional regional teams to drive collaboration and accountability
• Oversee study timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and financial performance
• Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment
• Ensure studies comply with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and contractual commitments

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
• 7+ years of clinical research experience with global or multi-regional trials in CRO/pharma/biotech
• Experience leading renal, obesity and/or MASH global studies preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing study delivery (timelines, budgets, quality, risks)
• Ability to build trusted sponsor relationships and manage senior stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
