Applications are only being considered from candidates who are willing and able to relocate to Malta for this opportunity. /p pWe are looking for a bProduction Technician /b to be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous support of production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, product quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also contributes to process improvements and supports engineering initiatives while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCarry out maintenance activities on assigned equipment, including both corrective (breakdown) and preventive maintenance, in accordance with Baxter Procedures. /li liSupport the Engineering team in the installation, validation, and implementation of new processes and process improvements initiatives. /li liEnsure full compliance with all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures, policies, standards, and equipment requirements, including process-specific safety protocols. /li liOperate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance, product quality, and adherence to production schedules. /li liMaintain accurate maintenance and production records, through the digital system, reporting equipment issues and improvement opportunities as required. /li liPromote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFully qualified at MQF Level 4 of an Electrical/Mechanical Qualification. /li liWireman license A and/or B would be considered an asset /li liProven work experience as a production technician or similar role /li liExperience with industrial manufacturing equipment /li liUnderstanding of safety regulations and procedures /li liGood physical condition /li liTechnical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, manuals, and drawings /li liExcellent troubleshooting skills /li liAttention to detail and accuracy in work. /li /ul pWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is€24,000.00 annually, excluding allowances, overtime and bonuses. /p pYour initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and experience, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
