ppWe are looking for an bEvents Agent /b with ba minimum of two years' experience in a similar role /b to join our Commercial Team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of groups and events at our luxury hotel in Rome.br/ /p pThis role is key in ensuring that every event—from corporate meetings and conferences to social celebrations and group stays—is flawlessly organized from the initial enquiry through to its successful delivery. Working closely with clients and operational departments, you will ensure seamless communication, attention to detail, and an outstanding experience for every guest.br/ /p pbA little taste of your day-to-daybr/ /b /p pEvery day is different, but you'll mostly be:br/ /p ul liManaging events and group enquiries, preparing tailored proposals and following up to maximize conversion opportunities;br/ /li liCoordinating all operational aspects of confirmed events and group bookings, ensuring every detail is accurately planned and communicated;br/ /li liPreparing contracts, function sheets, and event documentation while managing deposits and payments in line with hotel procedures;br/ /li liActing as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process, building strong relationships and ensuring their expectations are exceeded;br/ /li liLiaising closely with the Food Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen and other operational departments to guarantee flawless event execution;br/ /li liOrganizing and leading internal function meetings to communicate all relevant event information to the operational teams;br/ /li liMonitoring event timelines, rooming lists, event setups, and special requests to ensure smooth operations;br/ /li liIdentifying opportunities for upselling additional hotel services and enhancing the overall guest experience;br/ /li liSupporting the Commercial Team in achieving departmental revenue and quality objectives;br/ /li liReporting to the Groups Reservations Manager.br/ /li /ul h3Requisiti /h3 p- bA minimum of two years' proven experience as an Events Agent or in a similar Groups Events role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment;br/ /b /p p- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and colleagues;br/ /p p- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously;br/ /p p- A proactive approach and excellent problem-solving abilities, remaining calm under pressure and finding effective solutions;br/ /p p- Fluency in both Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage;br/ /p p- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office;br/ /p p- Experience in Events, Groups, Conference Banqueting, or Sales Coordination within the hospitality industry is essential.br/ /p h3Benefit /h3 pWe give our people everything they need to succeed.br/ /p pWe welcome everyone and create inclusive teams where we celebrate differences and encourage colleagues to bring their whole selves to work.
