Le attività principali prevedono la gestione e l'organizzazione di materiale informativo per clienti e partner, la preparazione di presentazioni aziendali e la cura dei contenuti per eventi e comunicazioni esterne.
Attività Previste:
- Creare e aggiornare documenti informativi per il customer care
- Presentare le informazioni relative ai servizi offerti all'utenza
- Comunicare in modo chiaro e professionale con i clienti
Requisiti:
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione
- Ottime capacità di presentazione
- Conoscenza dei servizi offerti
- Abilità nell'organizzazione delle informazioni
