You will act as a direct connection between HQ and the field, identifying capability and execution gaps, providing hands-on support where needed, and bringing structured market insights back into global capability planning and program evolution.You’ll work closely with the tram to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.More specifically you will:Conduct regular visits across priority markets and stores to ensure excellence is achieved in Retail Capabilities and Guest Experience standardsAct as a bridge between HQ and APAC Retail and Training teamsAct as a flexible global training resource, stepping into markets where additional support is required due to capacity gaps or business prioritiesSupport Market Trainers and In-Store Trainers in reinforcing global methodologies and standardsDeliver selected programs across different retail populations, from Style Advisors to Store ManagementSupport Market Trainers and In-Store Trainers in reinforcing global methodologies and standardsSupport the rollout and field validation of key global initiatives, pilots and special projectsShare best practices and emerging capability needs across marketsWHO YOU AREYou bring at least 5-6 years of experience in luxury retail, training, retail excellence or capability development rolesYou have a strong understanding of luxury retail, retail experience and store dynamicsYou have proven coaching and feedback skills with Store Managers and retail teamsStrong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skillsSignificant professional exposure to APAC markets, with Greater China experience strongly preferredYou have strong analytical, observation and capability assessment skillsYou communicate fluently in English; Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferredWHAT WE OFFERThe position provides for a base salary between: € 50.000-60.000Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or trainingJOINING ZEGNAJoining us means stepping into a world of excellence, where the uniqueness of our authenticity is rooted in the talents of our people, who together contribute to weaving a story of innovation and craftsmanship.
