This is a strongly operational role, split between direct field activity during the high season (hardware installations, subcontractor coordination and logistics) and full integration into the Customer Support team during the rest of the year. You will report to the bCustomer Experience Manager /b and be based mainly on the field from March to October, with direct responsibility for installations, shipment management and coordination of our external service centers (PGI). /ph3Your Mission /h3pHigh Season (March–October) — Field Operations Logistics /pulliCarry out on-site installations and/or coordinate external installers during the high season; /liliInterface directly with the Logistics Senior Specialist to check shipment status, support their management and set priorities; /liliCreate shipment orders and plan interventions through Salesforce; /liliCreate work orders for PGI service centers via xRM, coordinating with PGI and with the customer to ensure materials are shipped correctly and installations run smoothly; /liliCarry out preliminary site inspections before scheduling, in coordination with the HSE team; /liliCoordinate with the service center (PGI) and the HSE contact to kick off the documentation process for each site; /liliIdentify gaps in the hardware process and contribute to closing them. /li /ulpAll Year — Monitoring Support /pulliMonitor sensor status for customers who requested it, and own the coordination of the related resolutions; /liliManage and use the CRM (Salesforce) as the reference system for all customer interactions. /li /ulpLow Season (October–March) — Customer Support /ppOutside the season, and during the periods when not engaged in the field, the role becomes interchangeable with the Customer Support Specialist: /pulliManage customer support chat and phone lines; /liliRun online training sessions on the use of the xFarm platform; /liliSupport existing platform users, identifying upselling opportunities; /liliRun functional tests on the application and report results to Product and RD. /liliBe part of a young, smart and digital environment; /liliPlay a hands-on role that combines field operations with customer relationships, directly impacting how farmers experience xFarm; /liliWork closely with Logistics, HSE, Product and RD teams across a fast-growing Smart Farming platform; /liliOpportunities for professional development and career advancement in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. /li /ulh3Work Model /h3ulliMarch–October: mainly in the field, with high availability to travel and be reachable during the season; /liliOctober–March: office presence required, with the possibility of smart working for at least 2 days a week. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliValid driving license (B) and availability for frequent travel during the high season; /liliHSE certifications for site access: general safety + high-risk specific, first aid, fire prevention, "preposto" (or willingness to obtain them); /liliPrevious experience in field service, hardware installations or construction site work; /liliTechnical aptitude: familiarity with IoT hardware, sensors and installation equipment; /liliKnowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) for order management and activity planning; /liliGood communication skills with end customers, dealers, agri-food supply chains and external suppliers; /liliNative Italian, English at least B2. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliPrevious experience in agriculture, agrivoltaics or renewable energy; /liliExperience in the construction sector; /liliFamiliarity with AI/automation tools applied to customer support (e.g. Agentforce); /liliPES/PAV certification (CEI 11‑27) for work near live photovoltaic systems. /li /ulh3Compensation /h3h3Other Information /h3pxFarm Technologies is a company that is committed to creating a work environment where diversity and inclusiveness are critical to the well-being and growth of all employees. /ppThis role operates in a hybrid work model, with a seasonal balance between field presence and office/smart working as detailed above. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
