Position Snapshot

Position Summary

The candidate will have the opportunity to support the sales team by preparing sales analysis, sales forecast and managing customer master data.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with analysis and reports of sell‑in data.
• Manage daily operational activities such as ensuring products are available for ordering by the sales force, communicating marketing updates to the Business Unit, and alerting the sales force on out‑of‑stock products through our online platform.
• Assist the sales team and GD Forecaster.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, planning, trade marketing) on a daily basis.

A day in the life of…

• Data extraction, processing and interpretation for selling analysis.
• Support in managing selling analysis for Sales Forecaster.
• Implementation of customer plan.
• Support in managing selling analysis for the sales force.
• Sales Administration activities (managing and maintaining Customer Master data, Product Hierarchy, Customer Hierarchy, etc.).
• Managing the price list, tracking product availability and communicating marketing updates to the business unit.
