As an Intern, you won't just be observing; you will be an active contributor.**Your role:** **Accounting & Treasury Intern**We are looking for a bright and analytical individual to join our Finance & Control team. The ideal candidate is a young talent eager to grow in the Finance field, supporting corporate decision-making through data analysis and performance monitoring.**Here you'll get to:** Support the team in the following activities:* **Internal Reporting:** Assist in preparing periodic reports (daily/monthly) to monitor KPIs and variances.* **Monthly Closings:** Support month-end closing activities, ensuring data accuracy and proper cost allocation.* **Budgeting:** Help with data collection and the preparation of the annual budget.* **Accounting Review:** Analyze and support general ledger reviews to ensure consistency between accounting flows and management analysis.* **Ad Hoc Analysis:** Prepare specific analyses and presentations for Management to support strategic decisions.**About you:*** **Education:** Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.* **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office, specifically advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables).* **Soft Skills:** Strong result orientation, extreme precision, analytical mindset, and teamwork skills.* **We'd love it if you also had:****Languages:** Good knowledge of English and Italian (both written and spoken).As the home to 10K Projects, Asylum, Atlantic Music Group, East West, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world's premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike.
