Working closely with senior management and external service providers, the successful candidate will help improve operational efficiency, strengthen security controls, and support the standardization of IT processes. /p pAs a technology-driven company, RIMOND is also committed to expanding the adoption of AI tools and fostering an AI-first culture across the organization, and the role will play an active part in that journey. /p pThe position combines operational responsibilities with project coordination activities and requires a proactive, hands‑on approach in a fast-growing international environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3IT Operations Cloud Infrastructure /h3 ulliSupport the implementation of the Group IT roadmap and operational initiatives /liliCoordinate external IT service providers, monitoring service quality, SLA compliance, and issue resolution /liliSupport IT budget tracking and reporting activities /liliContribute to the standardization and governance of RIMOND's cloud-based IT infrastructure, including cloud services, networks, and end-user devices /liliManage IT assets (PCs, laptops, mobile devices) and maintain accurate inventory records /liliSupport software license administration and optimization activities, managing both Italian and international license portfolios across the Group /liliCoordinate internal IT support processes, ticket management, and user requests, working closely with external partners such as CDLAN /liliIdentify opportunities to improve IT processes and digital efficiency across the organization /li /ul h3Cybersecurity Compliance /h3 ulliSupport the implementation and maintenance of information security policies and controls aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 principles /liliCoordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing activities, and security reviews with external partners /liliAssist in maintaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery procedures /liliSupport compliance initiatives related to GDPR, NIS2, and other applicable regulations /liliContribute to incident management, security awareness, and access governance processes /liliCollaborate with external cybersecurity providers to monitor and improve the organization's security posture /li /ul h3Applications Digital Systems /h3 ulliSupport the evaluation, rollout, and governance of AI tools across the Group, helping build an AI-driven culture as part of RIMOND's identity as a technology-forward company /liliSupport administration of the BIM/Autodesk ecosystem (Revit, BIM 360/ACC), including licensing and user management /liliCollaborate with external partners and business stakeholders on SAP HANA-related activities /liliSupport the management of the Google Workspace environment /liliAssist with integrations between business applications and document management systems /liliContribute to the adoption and improvement of collaboration and productivity tools /liliMaintain core IT security controls, including MFA, backup verification, access management, and account administration /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ulli5–8 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity-related roles /liliExperience coordinating external IT vendors and service providers /liliStrong experience and expertise in cloud environments, corporate networks, endpoint management, and cloud-based enterprise IT systems /liliExperience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 /liliExperience with IT asset management and software licensing administration, including managing licenses across multiple countries (Italy and international) /liliKnowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, identity and access management, and security best practices /liliAbility to work independently in evolving and non-structured environments /liliStrong problem‑solving skills and hands‑on attitude /liliGood communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders /liliFluent English (mandatory) /liliAvailability for occasional international travel (UAE, Japan, UK) /li /ul h3Compensation and Employment Terms /h3 pThe employment level and compensation package will be determined based on the requirements of the role, the candidate's skills, qualifications, and professional experience.
